In the calendar, reservations with “CF” next to their title have been officially confirmed. Any reservations without “CF” are in progress, and are subject to be confirmed or withdrawn. New rental requests may overlap with unconfirmed dates, but may be denied if prior rental requests become confirmed. To submit a request for a time slot that has an existing unconfirmed reservation, please call 203-270-4285, to be considered as a next-in-line renter. Tentative renters will be notified if their rental request has been approved. From the time of an approval, renters have seven days to return their rental agreement form and submit full payment to Edmond Town Hall. Past this period, requests may be withdrawn, and new requests for the time slot will be considered. Thank you for considering Edmond Town Hall as your event space; we look forward to seeing you soon!
